Extended Service Plan

Protect your investment in Renewal by Andersen windows and doors by having them serviced annually by the same experts who lovingly installed them.

With your Renewal by Andersen Extended Service Plan, we will inspect all purchased Renewal by Andersen windows, Andersen patio doors and Provia entry doors. And, for no extra fee, we will inspect any additional external facing windows or doors. Your yearly inspection will occur on or around the anniversary date you choose.

During this inspection we will:

• Inspect all locking mechanisms on doors and windows for secure function (Renewal by Andersen, Andersen and ProVia).
• Apply fresh lubricant to locks, hinges and rollers on all Renewal casement, double hung and gliding windows and Andersen patio doors.
• Apply gentle lubricant to all Renewal hardware to reduce corrosion.
• Inspect all Renewal double hung and gliding windows for ease of opening; clean/vacuum any debris from tracks and lubricate as necessary.
• Inspect all Andersen sliding patio doors for ease of opening; clean/vacuum any debris from tracks and lubricate as necessary.
• Clean and lubricate all Renewal crank mechanisms on casement windows.
• Inspect all Renewal grilles to ensure they are still properly installed.
• Inspect tilt latch mechanisms on all Renewal double hung windows.
• Check that all Renewal screens are properly installed, in working order and not damaged; reseat any screens that have come off their tracks.
• Inspect all hinged Andersen patio doors for balance; adjust hinges as necessary.
• Check and reapply caulk and adhesive as needed.
